statements have no jump now.
* jode/jvm/SyntheticAnalyzer (checkAccess): Fix the detection for
PUTDUPSTATIC/FIELD.
* jode/type/ClassType.java (getCastHelper): More checks when
cast is not needed: interfaces and null pointer.
