I've decided to name it patcher for now. I'm less sure packer makes sense, as it's operating on input that is already "packed" (by Jagex).
I've avoided a client- prefix, as we don't have one for the deobfuscator. It'd also make the package name annoying - would we use client.patcher or clientpatcher?

Bit more consistent with what we know about Jagex's terminology (e.g. packtool, unpackclass, etc.)
